Description & Victorian Resurrection
Sir Daniel Fortesque wakes up 500 years after his first victory in the Victorian London of 1886. In this acclaimed PlayStation 1 sequel, now available as a classic on PS3, Dan must face Lord Palethorn, a sorcerer who has found pages from Zarok's spellbook to reanimate the dead in the midst of the industrial revolution. The gameplay expands with more complex levels and a unique steampunk setting, where Dan can explore museums, observatories, and the dark streets of Whitechapel. With a renewed arsenal including period firearms and greater interactivity with the environment, Sir Dan will have to prove that he is still the hero Gallowmere needs, even if he is missing his lower jaw. The series' signature dark humor returns in force, accompanied by new allies and an orchestral soundtrack that perfectly captures the mystery of the London fog.
